Altius PVA Primer is an aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion of extremely fine particle size used to penetrate and bind loose, dusty and porous substrates. Altius PVA Primer is a multipurpose premium quality product that binds the substrate and surface to give better durability and solid base for Altius textured coatings, paints and thin-layered mortars. The application of Altius PVA Primer greatly reduces the occurrence of efflorescence in concrete.
